At Pack It Up Pads, we stand behind the quality of our relocatable steel structures. Due to the nature of large steel products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Inspection Period
- Buyers have 10 days from the date of delivery to inspect the structure.
- Any issues must be reported in writing within this 10-day inspection period.
Limited Returns
- Returns are not accepted for any reason.
- Returns are considered only if a significant structural defect is present that materially affects the integrity or usability of the steel structure.
- Cosmetic issues, normal manufacturing tolerances, minor dents, scratches, or appearance-related concerns do not qualify.
Right to Remedy
- Before any return, refund, or credit is considered, Pack It Up Pads must be given the opportunity to inspect, repair, replace affected components, or otherwise remedy the issue.
Remedies may include:
- Replacement parts or repair guidance
- Partial refund or credit
- Other reasonable corrective solutions
Return Authorization
- A return may be approved only if:
- The issue cannot be reasonably remedied, and
- The structure remains unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition, and
- Written return authorization is provided.
Return Shipping & Costs
- All return-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including but not limited to freight, transportation, loading, unloading, and logistics.
- All original delivery-related costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- If a return is approved, refunds are issued after the structure is received and inspected.
- Refunds may be reduced by applicable handling, remediation, or restocking costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order structures
- Installed, modified, or used structures
- Issues reported after the 10-day inspection
