About Carlos Villalta

I am Carlos Villalta and I was born and raised in California, where I learned early the importance of hard work, honesty, and helping others. Over the years, I saw how difficult it can be for people to find practical, flexible space solutions that actually fit their needs without unnecessary complexity or pressure.

That’s what led me to start Pack It Up Pads.

My goal is simple: to provide durable, relocatable steel structures that can be used for storage, workspaces, studios, workshops, and other personal or commercial uses. I focus on transparency, quality, and making sure customers fully understand what they’re buying and how it fits their situation.

I personally guide customers through the process, answer questions honestly, and make sure expectations are clear from start to finish. I believe in doing business the right way — with integrity, clear communication, and long-term value.
