Each unit comes permanently attached to a DOT-approved trailer, making it a trailer-mounted living solution built for customers who need usable space without a traditional permanent structure.

20 ft × 40 ft — 800 sq ft
Important Layout Note
The 20×30 and 20×40 models use the same layout. The main difference is that both of these sizes can be configured with up to 3 bedrooms.

Delivery Information
Free delivery is available within a 100-mile radius of San Bernardino, California.
Delivery beyond 100 miles is available for an additional customized fee based on the customer’s location.
Nationwide delivery is available if needed.
Return and Inspection Policy
Buyers have 10 days to fully inspect the unit after delivery.
If structural damage is found during the inspection period, the unit will be replaced.
Minor imperfections or issues that have a simple remedy will be addressed accordingly.
There are no refunds or returns for buyer remorse.
Once payment is made, the sale is final.
The wall panels are made of embossed metal with insulation inside, making them strong, durable, and energy-efficient. Please choose one color.
