Ordering Process

How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or contact us at +1 (909) 782-0554 for assistance in choosing the right structure.

Where do you ship?
We primarily serve the USA nationwide (truck-accessible locations). International shipping is available upon request.

Is shipping included?
Yes, free shipping is available within the USA where delivery access is possible. Special locations may require additional arrangements.

Shipping method:
Units are delivered via tilt flatbed trucks, which place the structure directly on-site. Crane service is available upon request (extra cost).

Is there a deposit required?
No deposit is required. You can pay through an installment plan via our financing program. Check it out here: https://packituppads.com/pages/financing 

How long does the process take?
The typical timeline is 4–8 weeks (about 2 months) from order confirmation and deposit. Final delivery timing depends on the structure size and location.

Delivery timeframe:
Production: ~15 days
Delivery:
East Coast: 14–21 days
West Coast: ~28 days

Delivery scheduling:
You will be contacted before delivery with a scheduled date and time window.

Tracking updates:
While traditional tracking is not available, we provide regular updates throughout the entire process—from production to final delivery.

Site Preparation
Before delivery, ensure:
Clear access (no obstacles like wires or trees)
A proper foundation (concrete pad recommended or compacted gravel)

Failure to prepare the site may result in:
Storage fees: $50/day
Re-delivery costs

The base price includes the steel structure.
The following are not included unless stated in writing:

Important:
These structures are sold as personal-use steel structures or storage units. Final usage (living, renting, etc.) depends on your local regulations.

Permits & Responsibilities
Permits are not included
Buyers must check with their local city or county for requirements
Placement, permits, and usage are the buyer’s responsibility
Delivery & Shipping

Return and Inspection policy:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to inspect your structure and report any issues.

Please note:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Returns are only considered for major structural issues that cannot be reasonably repaired or resolved.
All return requests must be reviewed and approved in writing by our team.

Manufacturing & Process Transparency
We do not manufacture the structures directly. Units are produced overseas and shipped to the USA.
We manage the entire process:

Tracking
Delivery logistics
You will receive updates, photos, and videos during production so you can monitor progress.
